Sabotcastle Limited are an independent manufacturer of blow moulded containers.

Established in 1965 and with over 40 years of experience in the blow moulding industry, we specialise in the manufacture of containers ranging in size from 10ml up to 2 litres, in HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and PP. We have been supplying the industrial, pharmaceutical, horticultural and general purpose markets with our products for many years.

We have a wide range of stock bottles and offer a design service for custom bottles. We can also manufacture from customer's own tooling.

High Quality Production

We use the latest equipment to make our products. To meet the high demands of our customers, each bottle is made to exacting standards. We are able to do this by controlling the exact amount of material that goes into each bottle through the use of digital controllers. Each bottle profile is stored electronically, so we can reproduce consistent results time after time.

Further checks are also involved in the production process. Each bottle is electronically leak tested before being packaged for despatch.

As much of the production process is automated as possible to reduce human error. This ensures only the highest quality product reaches our customers.

Where possible, as much as 25% of the material used in the production process is recycled 'master grade' material. Strict controls are followed to ensure there is no cross contamination of materials during production. This is achieved through separate re-grinding facilities for each type of base material.
